JOINT VENTURE OPPORTUNITY

Expressions of interest are welcomed from established New Zealand and Australian businesses or individuals with proven business ability and the financial resources to make an investment of between 1 and 2 million AUD to participate in display and demonstration of the LEA (Lutec Energy Amplifier) technology in one or more states of Australia, or New Zealand or Papua New Guinea.

Lutec Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 071 943 185) is the owner of exclusive rights to commercialise the technology known as the LEA (Lutec Electricity Amplifier) throughout Oceania, a geographical region defined by latitude and longitude in a Deed of Variation document.

It is proposed that a sub license will be granted by Lutec Australia Pty ltd to the purchaser who will be required to build lease or otherwise provide display/demonstration showroom premises in the state/territory/country capital city or major population centre of the licensed area; and, fund the construction of demonstration models to be installed in the premises by Lutec Australia Pty Ltd technicians,.

The licensee will also be required to provide staff, trained by Lutec Australia Pty Ltd, to perform the demonstrations to the public and interested prospective customers. Enquiries and sales leads will be passed to Lutec Australia Pty Ltd for follow up.

The Licensee will earn a generous percentage of Lutec Aust Pty Ltd’s gross income from products installed in the subject state.
